戴玉春，著名书法大家。1953年9月生，国家特级书法师。现为北京故宫博物院艺术研究员，中国艺术研究院院士，中国书法家协会顾问，联合国特约艺术大使，国际非物质文化艺术促进会会长，中俄文化联合促进会理事长，中国文联（世界名人艺术研究协会）副主席，中国书画艺术非遗传承委员会常务副主席，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，中国文化金融发展联合会常务理事长，亚洲书画家协会副主席，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，中国楹联学会书画艺术院教授。作品被认定为“一级珍贵艺术品”，收录入“国宝档案”和“国家文物库”。曾获中宣部“五个一工程奖”“中国书法兰亭奖”“国家文艺泰斗丰碑奖”，文化和旅游部“国家文化艺术奖”“共和国艺术名家成就奖”“联合国和平艺术金奖”“国际艺术金马奖”“世界文化艺术金奖”“世界文化艺术终身成就奖”“世界华人艺术金奖”“胡润全球艺术金笔奖”“书法世界级金奖”“二十世纪国际艺术名家教授国际金奖”“环球艺术不朽丰碑奖”“世界文化交流伟大贡献奖”，联合国教科文组织“世界艺术奖”。被中华人民共和国文化和旅游部授予“中国四大国粹传承人”“世界和平文化功勋人物”“中国爱国艺术家”终身荣誉称号。中国文联等单位授予“中国书法艺术传承人”“中华顶级书法家”“中国文学艺术界文化品牌人物”“中国书法泰斗大师”“共和国十佳杰出艺术人物”。中国书法家协会等单位授予“中国最具影响力50位书法名家”“国宝级艺术大师”。联合国等授予“联合国文化艺术勋章”“联合国艺术泰斗”“联合国书法艺术巨匠”“国际殿堂级艺术大师”“荣耀中国—世界文化艺术大师”“世界文学界功勋艺术家”“世界著名文化外交大使”“影响世界十大金牌艺术家”“全球艺坛领袖人物”等荣誉称号。

Dai Yuchun, a famous calligrapher. Born in September 1953, he is a national top-level scholar and mage. I am currently an art researcher at the Palace Museum in Beijing, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Art, an advisor to the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a United Nations special art ambassador, the president of the International Intangible Cultural and Art Promotion Association, the chairman of the China Russia Cultural Joint Promotion Association, the vice chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (World Celebrity Art Research Association), the executive vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Committee, the vice chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee, the executive chairman of the China Federation of Cultural and Financial Development, the vice chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, the vice president of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, and a professor at the Chinese Couplet Society Calligraphy and Painting. The work has been recognized as a "first-class precious artwork" and recorded in the "National Treasure Archives" and "National Cultural Relics Library". Has won the "Five One Project Award", "Chinese Calligraphy Lanting Award", "National Literary and Artistic Master Monument Award" from the Central Propaganda Department, "National Culture and Art Award", "Republic Art Master Achievement Award", "United Nations Peace Art Gold Award", "International Art Golden Horse Award", "World Culture and Art Gold Award", "World Culture and Art Lifetime Achievement Award", "World Chinese Art Gold Award", "Hurun Global Art Golden Pen Award", "Calligraphy World Class Gold Award", "20th Century International Art Master Professor International Gold Award", "Global Art Immortal Monument Award", "World Cultural Exchange Great Contribution Award" from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the UNESCO "World Art Award". Awarded the lifelong honorary titles of "Inheritors of China's Four National Treasures", "Meritorious Figures in World Peace Culture", and "Chinese Patriotic Artist" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and other units have awarded the titles 

of "Inheritor of Chinese Calligraphy Art", "Top Chinese Calligrapher", "Cultural Brand Figure of Chinese Literature and Art Circle", "Master of Chinese Calligraphy", and "Top Ten Outstanding Art Figures of the Republic". The Chinese Calligraphers Association and other organizations have awarded the titles of "Top 50 Most Influential Calligraphers in China" and "National Treasure level Art Masters".
